The famous Script Ohio is the most identifiable trademark of Ohio State Football and The Ohio State University Marching Band.

It was first performed on October 10, 1936 during the Ohio State vs Pittsburgh football game. Then band director, Eugene J. Weigel, used the Loew's Ohio Theatre marquee sign in downtown Columbus, OH as inspiration for the looped Ohio script marching formation.

This Script Ohio piece is crafted from 3/4" thick wood, screenprinted details on the front and a description on the back.

You can set this wooden keepsake on a shelf, desk, mantle, wainscoting or perch it on the trim above your window or door.
