Ecommerce Shipping and Returns

Celebrate Local ships Ecommerce orders by using shipping method(s) selected by customers during checkout. If a customer needs to change their shipping options, they must call 614.471.OHIO for Customer Service.

Every effort is made to process orders in a timely manner which is normally 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on selected shipping methods and distance. A notification email is sent to the customer when the order leaves the fulfillment center.

In accordance with Ohio laws, certain items sold in our online catalog cannot be shipped outside the State of Ohio. Customers will be notified at checkout if their order contains a restricted shipping item.

Online or In- Store Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the unique nature of our business, Celebrate Local does not offer cash refunds. Items may be exchanged for others items or for Store Credit. An item can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase includes the online order number or original in-store receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition when purchased and it must be in the original packaging.

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Perishable goods such as food, dry goods, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. soap, lip balm, cosmetics, grooming products)
  • Custom order products
  • Gift cards
  • Wine
  • Due to health and safety concerns in light of COVID 19, any apparel (clothing related items), face protection accessories, including Masks sales are FINAL.
