Elderberries are a forgotten berry, except to those of us over 50. Plump clusters grow in our fencerow between the big tillable field and the hay field. If we get to them before the birds, we make several batches of this purple treat each year. Folks who like it, like it and the rest don't matter :)
Our syrups are crafted from ingredients grown or gathered on our family farm in Holmes County, Ohio or purchased from other local growers.
These ingredients are combined with natural evaporated cane juice crystals and in some cases maple syrup and pure well water in small batches to produce a truly unique collection of seasonal syrups.
We use only fresh ingredients with no artificial colors or flavors and certainly no corn syrup
