This week we are featuring jewelry artist and long time Celebrate Local family member, Liz Franklin!
What's the story behind your business?
I studied Fine Art at CCAD, where I loved 3-dimensional design and sculpting with clay and metal. I chose a jewelry making and craft business as a more practical career path; that was over 30 years ago and I have never looked back!
What makes your products unique?
With my "Industrial Chic" Ohio Pride line of jewelry I pay close attention to surface detail with brushed finishes or floral hand stamped patterns using patinas for a vintage look and incorporating watch parts and gears.
How does it feel to be a part of the Celebrate Local family?
It has been great being a part of the Celebrate Local family of over 300+ vendors and an excellent staff for 5 years now, thanks to everyone!
