Preheat your oven to 425 Degrees, sprinkle seasoning on both sides of 1 1/4 pound of fish fillets. Place in a greased 11 X 7-inch baking dish. Drizzle your fillets with 3 tbsp. of melted butter. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Ingredients: Turbinado sugar, Garlic Powder, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Spanish Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper and Himalayan Pink Salt.
