Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Concentrated fresh fig fruit is added to create a rich jam like balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over fresh fruits or vegetables. This dark balsamic pairs will with pork and lamb and when mixed with the Blood Orange EVOO makes a wonderful salad dressing, it also pairs well with Blue Cheeses, Brie, chocolate.
All balsamic vinegars are made with California grapes and are aged for an average of four years.
