Love Letters to The Village - Paperback (2011)
'These heart-warming stories bring insight into life’s challenges.
They tell the story of my evolution. Life is teaching me to slow down and look beyond the illusions that we have been taught in order to recognize the deeper truths that have been there all along, waiting for each of us to pause long enough to witness the essential beauty that dwells within.
It has been said that it is not the destination, but the way we make the journey that is important. May these words unite us in making the journey in peace."

About the Author
I live in a small Midwestern town where I was born and raised. I have two wonderful children, and now a third through my son’s marriage. For most of my adult life I have been the sole parent, supporting us by cutting hair. Somewhere along the way I felt called to write. It is not often that we get a glimpse into the life of an ordinary person just trying to do her best with what life has given her. These words are my attempt to do that. It is time for us to look more closely into the nature of life itself, to see the extraordinary in the ordinary, that every moment is a gift, every circumstance intended to help us grow and deepen, and that each person we come across is an honored guest in our present reality. If the human race is to survive, we must choose to come together in peace and harmony, as one. The spiritual teacher, Eckhart Tolle once said, “There is no other, there is only me.” Through the words I write, I hope you and I are joined, that we come to love and cherish each other in a deeper and more meaningful way. As one, let us recreate our world in a new and higher form
