Hot Jalapeno Popper & Corn Dip Mix
HOT! Jalapeño Popper & Corn Dip- Mix 2 TBSP with 2 softened 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, 1/3 cup sour cream, 3-5 TBSP minced jalapenos, 1 can 15 oz white corn & 1/2 cup Mexican cheese. Cover top with 1 cup cheese, sprinkle 1/2 TBSP of dry mix on top and bake at 300º for 30 minutes or until hot. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Makes 3 recipes.
