Shipping and Returns
Celebrate Local will ship your order to you using the shipping method(s) selected during checkout. If you need to change your shipping options, please call 844.BUY.OHIO and press 2 for Online Customer Service.
We make every effort to process orders in a timely manner, typically within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on selected shipping method and distance. You will receive an email when your order leaves our fulfillment center.
In accordance with Ohio laws, certain items sold in our online catalog cannot be shipped outside of Ohio. You will be notified at checkout if your order contains a restricted shipping item.
Due to the unique nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds or returns.
Items may be exchanged for new items from the same artist/small business only.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are NOT eligible for exchange:
- Perishable goods such as food, dry goods, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. soap, lip balm, cosmetics, grooming products)
- Custom products
- Gift cards
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Proof of purchase includes email receipt from your original purchase. Please print a copy and include it with your return.
